We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Process Operator to join our team. This role involves mixing chemicals to produce adhesives, with some forklift work included.
Job Details:
- Type: Temporary to Permanent
- Shifts: Rotating (Day: 7am-3pm, Afternoon: 3pm-11pm, Night: 11pm-7am)
- Pay Rate: Reflective of the shift work according to the Award rate
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately mix chemicals following detailed formulations and procedures.
- Operate and monitor production equipment for efficient and safe operations.
- Perform routine quality checks on products.
- Operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Ideally Candidate
- Previous experience working with chemicals in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer skills for production tracking and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
- Able to do rotation shifts
