Purpose of the Role: To prepare and organise surgical instrument kits for use in medical procedures, ensuring that every kit is complete, accurate, and ready for critical use.

About the Role:

• Location: Claremont, WA
• Shift: Day shift. 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reverse Logistics: Manage the return of products from surgeries, ensuring they are processed and accounted for accurately.
• Outbound Logistics: Prepare products for upcoming surgical cases, ensuring all items are packed correctly and on time.
• Accurately pick and pack medical supplies and surgical instruments, performing quality checks to meet medical standards.
• Operate within a fast-paced environment, on your feet most of the day.
• Use ERP systems such as SAP regularly to track inventory and manage orders.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

About You:

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No Excel skills required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
