About the Role:
Join our team as a Loan Set Representative and play a vital role in supporting the healthcare industry. You'll coordinate, ship, and manage loan sets for surgeries, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Eight Mile Plains
Pay Rate: $31.96 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain efficient loan set management processes
- Source and book loan set requirements accurately
- Monitor and follow up on all loan set bookings
- Pick, ship, and manage the return process of loan sets
- Liaise with carriers and healthcare professionals for seamless service
- Track inventory, replenish supplies, and prepare invoices
- Assist with process development and improvement
- Ensure all processes meet required standards
- Collect and analyze data related to loan sets

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Interest in healthcare, logistics, or operations
- Experience with inventory tracking systems (preferred but not required)
Additional Requirements:
- Must have PR or Australian Citizenship/unlimited working rights
- Must have a valid COVID-19 certificate
