About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift License Operator (essential)/General Labourer (50% of the time) to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will split your time between operating a forklift and performing general labouring duties with Indoor and Outdoor environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift to load and unload containers (varying from 2 to 20 containers per month).
• Performing general labouring tasks, including:
  • Moving scaffolds manually and with a forklift.
  • Sorting scaffold pieces.
  • Site cleaning.
  • Operating power tools (e.g., drop saw, grinders).
• Assisting with the unloading and loading of materials.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Complying with all safety regulations and procedures.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Must be flexible working inside and outdoors
• Proven experience operating a forklift.
• Strong manual handling skills, including the ability to lift up to 20kg.
• Basic understanding of scaffolding principles.
• Experience in form work (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience with power tools.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
