We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembler. This role involves the mechanical assembly, wiring, and basic testing of fire panels and related products. The ideal candidate will have experience with assembly procedures, wiring diagrams, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, and basic testing of fire panels and related products.
• Handle products weighing up to 15kg, utilising lifting/movement aids as necessary.
• Operate pallet jacks to move stock within production areas and into the warehouse.
• Assist with the unpacking and packing of products as required.
• Build basic fire panels, kits, and assemblies in accordance with standard assembly procedures and layout/wiring drawings.
• Adhere to the business' Code of Conduct and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) rules at all times.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Accurately read, write, and speak English.
• Interpret and follow wiring diagrams with precision.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly and wiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and other lifting/movement aids.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
