​​Leah is an experienced senior Recruitment and Operations Manager with 20 years of recruitment and talent management experience within Australia and internationally (UK and US), providing leadership, strategic workforce solutions, and executive consulting services across many different industry sectors.

Leah has recruited and managed teams and businesses across multiple industry verticals such as Defence, Healthcare, Engineering, Government, IT/Tech, Education, Oil and Gas, Mining and Resources, HR, Chaplaincy, Legal and Public Relations, along with many other volume recruitment portfolios.

Leah's recruitment background encompasses RPO, agency, talent solutions, and internal talent acquisition. She has led small and large teams (up to 320 staff) both locally and nationally; and has a proven track record of success in building teams and businesses from start-ups, to growing and improving already established businesses.
