Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

We are committed to excellence and continuous improvement in our products and services. As we expand, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Hallam warehouse team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-check all received goods against the relevant packing lists and input data into our Pronto system.
  • Offload goods from trucks or containers, and load/unload for receiving and dispatch purposes.
  • Use RF terminal to verify items by scanning outer labels; must be able to lift items weighing up to 15 kgs.
  • Monitor Cognos reports for prioritizing late items that need immediate action.
  • Communicate with the purchasing department regarding missing documentation and manage the scanning and filing of all relevant documents.
  • Complete all aspects of picking, replenishments, put aways, and cycle counting efficiently.
  • Conduct regular 5S area checks and ensure compliance with safety and manual handling policies.
  • Maintain stock security and proper rotation following FIFO principles.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current forklift license and a manual vehicle license
  • Experience in using RF
  • Ability to be cross-trained in picking, replenishment, put away, and cycle counting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well with multiple departments.
  • Flexible to work in various warehouse areas and adaptable to different tasks.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Pronto, SAP, or equivalent systems.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Capable of working independently or following directions as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe working environment and compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with working hours.
