We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the seamless movement of goods into Australia, ensuring unparalleled service delivery from supply points to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough comprehension of supply chain operations from overseas suppliers to Australian ports, onward to warehouses, and ultimately to the customer.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and contractors to implement end-to-end solutions that exceed supply contract expectations.
- Methodical Execution: Employ a structured and organised approach to project management, developing comprehensive plans, defining stage gates, and effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented Management: Drive meticulous attention to detail, clearly defining scope of work for contractors, and establishing agreements that align with project expectations.
- Deadline Focus: Maintain a relentless focus on meeting challenging deadlines, ensuring continuous project momentum, proactively addressing obstacles, and ensuring commitments are met.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience initiating and managing new supply contracts for major customers, specifically involving the importation of containers, warehousing, and distribution.
- Experience within the lubricants industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of articulating complex supply chain strategies clearly and effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to achieving excellence in every aspect of supply chain management.
