We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with intermediate Excel skills and experience in accounts payable or receivable. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our key contracts, ensuring compliance with administrative and financial requirements, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Market

  • Data Entry & Collection: Assist in entering and collecting data and information necessary for the preparation of various contracts and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Contractual Reporting: Prepare and submit a variety of claims and contractual reports, maintaining high standards of precision and adherence to deadlines.
  • Invoice Management: Handle the preparation, reconciliation, and submission of invoices, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately documented.


Assets

  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to contract obligations and timelines, particularly in administrative and reporting requirements.
  • Document Management: Administer master accounts, including document management, maintaining registers, project tracking, and supporting all administrative tasks related to key accounts.


Financials

  • Payment Collection & Dispute Resolution: Take responsibility for the collection of payments, processing of credits, and resolution of disputes, ensuring all financial transactions are managed efficiently.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Engage in the reconciliation of accounts, processing a high volume of claims and ensuring accuracy and consistency in all financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel are required, with the ability to manage data, create reports, and perform complex reconciliations.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable or receivable is essential, with a strong track record of processing claims and managing financial transactions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workload effectively, and maintain high standards of organisation.
