The Role

Our client seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join the team.

You will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating local events, driving employee engagement programs, handling customer escalations, and facilitating legal responses within statutory time-lines.

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of customer and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the office operations.
  • Coordinate and manage local events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
  • Develop and drive employee engagement programs to enhance team morale and productivity.
  • Handle the logistics of sending and receiving escalated customer products to and from the lab.
  • Receive, acknowledge, and document customer complaints, ensuring prompt and professional handling.
  • Facilitate legal responses to customer complaints, ensuring compliance with statutory time-lines.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient work-flow.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.

Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role in an IT organisation
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience in event management and employee engagement programs.
  • Knowledge of handling customer complaints and legal processes.
