Job Title: Loan Set Representative
Shift: 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Belrose, NSW
Pay Rate: $31.96 per hour
Contract: Minimum 6-month contract with potential for permanent employment


About the Role:
As a Loan Set Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination, shipment, and management of loan sets for surgeries. This position is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations and logistics. While prior healthcare or warehouse experience is not required, we are looking for individuals with the right attitude and potential to grow within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote service excellence in all aspects of loan set management.
  • Build and maintain checklists that align with customer needs and products.
  • Source and book daily loan set requirements using available inventory.
  • Confirm, monitor, and follow up on all loan set bookings to ensure accurate fulfillment.
  • Pick, ship, and manage the return process of loan sets.
  • Liaise with carrier companies to ensure efficient delivery and returns.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals such as surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Use the system to track and replenish inventory and participate in cycle counting.
  • Provide support for the development and improvement of manual and system processes.
  • Ensure all processes meet the required service levels and company standards.
  • Collect and analyze data related to loan sets and prepare timely invoicing.
  • Assist with any other tasks and projects as directed by management.

  • Experience with inventory tracking systems (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum of 6 months, with a desire to pursue long-term career opportunities.
