About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to:
- Expand Existing Relationships: Strengthen our partnerships with current customers.
- Focus on New Business: Identify and onboard new clients to grow our footprint.
- Drive Revenue: Achieve or exceed sales and gross profit targets.
- Promote Products Across Market Segments
Your Responsibilities
- Build and execute sales strategies tailored to target customers and segments.
- Conduct detailed market and customer research to understand client needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while growing the portfolio of goods sold.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales call records
- Develop and sustain a disciplined approach to sales through meticulous call planning and pipeline development.
Metrics for Success
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Increasing gross profit delivery.
- Retaining and growing active customer accounts.
- Onboarding new customers who become active and spending partners.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
