The Role
You will participate in multi-vendor, scaled development teams and work with Enterprise and Sitecore Architects to understand and establish holistic solutions that meet business requirements, for functional and non-functional performance. Implement high-quality software solutions across the design-build-test-deploy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop world-class enterprise content management solutions on Sitecore XP (v10) and the Microsoft Azure cloud
- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to .NET applications, SQL databases, Web API, and a range of integrated systems
- Collaborate with broader project and discipline teams implementing an iterative/agile methodology
- Contribute to the .NET discipline growth within the business
- Plan and execute testing across multiple platforms and solutions
- Contribute to sprint planning and technical design
- Participate in progress demonstrations and sprint retrospectives
- Work with Designers to convert designs into an interactive system using the specific framework functions
- Mentor and set directions for project specific technology for junior developers
- Continuously review new technologies and implement (where applicable) to keep high standards and to practice the latest technologies
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience across software engineering disciplines and building websites using Microsoft.NET technologies
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with Sitecore (Sitecore 10+ and SXA/JSS experience highly advantageous)
- Experience with key software engineering tools and practices such as dependency injection (e.g. Microsoft Unity) distributed source control (e.g. Git), continuous integration (e.g. Team City, Atlassian Bamboo), automated deployment (e.g. Octopus Deploy)
- Have a good understanding of and experience with the web: protocols, architectures, infrastructure, web servers (IIS), proxies, load balancing, high availability, and the cloud, to name a few
- Strong analytical problem solving and production diagnostic skills, with the ability to think outside of the box
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM development
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5/CSS/JavaScript libraries such as REACT
