About the role

As the Workshop Foreman you will be leading the team to encourage the best results in their servicing and mechanical duties. In addition, you'll be managing the workshop ensuring the environment is safe, clean and supportive. Supervising work, vehicle inspections and effective parts management will all help to boost the quality and productivity of the whole branch. An excellent role for a motivated and competent leader!

Key responsibilities

  • Job allocations
  • Vehicle inspections
  • Spare parts management/procurement
  • Occasionally jumping on tools to assist the team in servicing and repairs
  • Ensure a safe and clean workshop
  • Work hours: ~9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Key selection criteria

  • A trade certificate in automotive technology
  • 2 - 5 years working in a similar leadership position
  • Diagnostic and fault-finding experience
  • A white card and HC truck licence
