Role Summary:
As a visitor experience team member, you will lead visitors through the production area, providing engaging tours and outstanding customer service. You'll also assist with ticket and retail sales, bartending, and event support. The Retail Sales Assistant will enhance visitor experiences at the production area through exceptional customer service, storytelling, and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct production tours
  • Handle ticket and retail sales
  • Assist with bartending and event execution
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • Help achieve financial and customer service targets
  • Manage retail and ticket sales, bartending, site cleaning, and event execution.
  • Meet financial and customer service targets.
  • Ensure safety and compliance in a hazardous environment.
  • Educate guests about clients products.

Requirements:

  • RSA certification
  • 2+ years in retail, tourism, or hospitality
  • Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers
  • The Visitor Experience operates seven days a week - Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays is required
  • Safety and compliance are essential due to the nature of the site.
