We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Yatala, who is looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Leading Hand to join their growing production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with proven leadership experience in a warehouse or production environment who's ready to take ownership of a small team and support daily operational targets. You'll be leading a team of 3-10 operators and working closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth and safe workflow on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small production team to meet daily/weekly targets
• Attend and contribute to daily production meetings
• Report any quality or safety issues promptly using SharePoint
• Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed
• Identify training needs within your team and liaise with the Production Supervisor
• Conduct regular check-ins with team members to ensure they have the tools, parts, and clarity to achieve their targets
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the Production Supervisor
• Foster a positive team environment and support company expectations
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces at all times
• Guide and motivate staff on performance, behaviour, and urgency
• Attend management training as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous leadership or Leading Hand experience in a warehouse or production setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to delegate, support, and train staff effectively
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

• Competitive hourly rate: $35-$37/hr
• Consistent Monday to Friday schedule with shifts between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM
