Our client, a leading provider who is devoted to worker's wellbeing require a Clinical Manager for their Newcastle location. The clinical manager will oversee the clinical operations and counselling services provided by our clients Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Counsellors to meet and exceed clinical standards.
  • Provide Counsellor clinical supervision according to registering body guidelines.
  • Promote and provide Counsellor training.
  • Maintaining and developing clinical policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor or higher degree in Counselling
  • Demonstrated experience providing supervision to clinical staff.
  • Understanding of EAP setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication and IT communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills appropriate to establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and wider community.
